It’s not willpower. It’s wiring.
Have you been trying to break a habit but can’t seem to make it stick? You’re not alone and there’s a reason.

Why is change so difficult, even when we are genuinely committed to it? What can we do to increase the chances our efforts to change will succeed?
I asked this question last year and wrote ‘September isn’t going to save you. What might save you, though, is getting clarity on your immunity to change.’
Change is a constant. It weaves its’ way into our lives in subtle shifts and sweeping sometimes dramatic turns. The question isn’t if it will come, but how you will respond.
When you find yourself stuck and circling the same frustrating patterns it’s tempting to blame a lack of motivation, discipline, or willpower. Yet often, the true obstacles lie hidden beneath the surface: outdated emotional templates, unconscious commitments, and inherited beliefs that quietly run your life without your consent.
I have created an intimate, highly interactive workshop to introduce you to the Immunity to Change (ITC) approach, by giving you the chance to try it on for yourself.
Drawing on the powerful Immunity To Change (ITC) framework I use with clients, I will guide you through an insightful exploration of your personal habit loops - those invisible scripts that keep you locked in cycles of frustration. Together, you’ll learn how to bring them to light, understand them without judgement, and replace them with behaviours that honour your truest self.
The workshop is designed to give you the experience of fully experiencing ITC yourself, before thinking about whether / how you would use it to lead organisational change.
There will be a follow-up session online where questions about how to use this approach within your organisation can be addressed.
Whether you’re a leader, advisor or seeker, this is an invitation to reclaim those inner muscles that make transformation possible. With only 6 participants, we’ll have space for real connection, deep reflection and tailored guidance.
You will learn:
How to draft your own Immunity to Change map.
What types of challenges ITC is designed to address.
How to design a small experiment for yourself to shift a limiting mindset.
